| The current release: 2.0 |
The latest release is Python 2.0, build 1, released October 29, 2000. Features include:
Previous versions (1.6, 1.5.2 and 1.5.1) are still available!
The latest 1.6 release is still Python 1.6, build 1. The latest 1.5
release is Python 1.5.2, build 5.
Because it is a lot smaller, I decided to keep the 1.5.1 release
available for some time next to the 1.5.2 version. I will not release any
further updates for the 1.5.1 release. Eventually you should switch to
1.5.2 and up if you want to get the latest updates and fixes.
Also,
1.5.1 is the only version for which there is (beta) I-Net 225 support
      instead of AmiTCP.

| Known Bugs and Problems |
For
the 1.5.x and 1.6 versions, currently no bugs or problems are known.
The 2.0 version appears to have some stack related problem which seems fixed by using a BIG stack (400Kb+).
